Degree Structure
This program is no longer offered to commencing students.
Students complete 4 core courses in Nursing and may choose to undertake a full-time or part-time research dissertation option or a coursework option of 3 courses.
To complete the core courses Extended Clinical Practice I and Extended Clinical Practice II continuing employment at a minimum fraction of 0.6 FTE in an area that supports active candidature as a nurse practitioner is required.
If the student changes their employment status and can no longer meet the requirement above for continuing employment they may transfer to the Master of Nursing Science.
