By providing a flexible and responsive approach to study, the University supports students to balance their sporting and academic commitments.

There are currently over 100 elite athletes studying at the University who are engaged nationally and internationally in a broad range of sports including swimming, soccer, waterskiing, rowing and AFL to name a few.

A range of supports are available to registered elite athletes including the opportunity to apply for a number of scholarships offered through the University.

The Elite Athlete Support scheme will sometimes offer events and information sessions related to areas of particular interest to student/athletes. Students will be notified of these via email as they arise. Please let us know if you have any areas of interest you would like more information about.
