We lead the development, assessment and negotiation of strategic initiatives being considered by the University in order to achieve the aspirational goals of its new strategic plan, Future Making. This encompasses:
- Project Leadership: we collaborate with teams across the University to develop, assess and negotiate commercial partnerships and initiatives.
- Portfolio Management: we manage a portfolio of projects aligned to deliver the Future Making strategy.
