Prof. PhD Supervisor. TAN Taipeng, male, Han nationality, born in 1981, Doctor of Medicine, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, postdoctoral fellow, chief physician, master's supervisor, head of the Acupuncture Department 7 of Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medicine. He is the successor of the academic experience of the fifth batch of national old Chinese medicine experts (Professor Zhang Jin), the first batch of national key talents in clinical specialties of Chinese medicine, and is good at using Chinese medicine, acupuncture techniques and moxibustion to treat stroke, Parkinson's disease, insomnia, neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, vertigo, snoring, etc.

He is currently a standing member of the Acupuncture Inheritance Working Committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies, a member of the Chinese Medicine Academic School Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research, a member of the Mental Disease Professional Committee of the Heilongjiang Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the chairman of the Tuina Branch of the Heilongjiang Association of Chinese and Western Medicine, the chairman of the Academic Committee of the Chongqing Academic Department of the Beijing Hanzhang Acupuncture Knife Medical Research Institute, and the standing member of the Moxibustion Professional Committee of the Heilongjiang Acupuncture Society.
