On February 12, 2025, he was officially appointed as PhD Supervisor by the Joint Graduate School of Traditional Medicine in The Asia Pacific School of Business. Director of the Traditional Medicine Acupuncture Teaching and Research Section, and leader of the course development group for "Basic Theory of Acupuncture" and "Practical Acupuncture".


Prof. PhD Supervisor. MA Zhengtao, a famous young Chinese medicine doctor in Heilongjiang Province, chief physician, doctor, the sixth batch of academic experience inheritors, and the head of the fourth acupuncture department of Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Member of the Chinese Acupuncture Association, Vice President of the First Floating Needle Branch of Heilongjiang Association of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Vice Chairman of the Acupuncture Professional Committee of Heilongjiang Association of Ethnic Medicine, and Standing Committee Member of the First Chinese Medicine Paste Prescription Branch of Heilongjiang Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In order to better inherit and carry forward the characteristics and advantages of acupuncture, the main research direction is to use the single and compound acupuncture techniques summarized by Professor Zhang Jin for clinical observation. In 2016, he presided over the project "Clinical Study on the Treatment of Simple Varicose Veins of Lower Limbs with Blue Dragon Wagging Tail", which used acupuncture techniques for the first time in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease, broadened the treatment scope of acupuncture techniques, and proposed more treatment methods for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease, achieving satisfactory results.

In 2020, he published "A Brief Analysis of Professor Zhang Jin's "Warm", "Unblock" and "Replenish" Acupuncture Methods", and in 2024, he presided over and completed the project "Observation on the Efficacy of Using "Unblock", "Warm" and "Replenish" Qi-regulating Acupuncture Methods to Treat Varicose Veins of Lower Limbs Based on the Principle of Hemodynamics", and conducted in-depth research, understanding and innovative application. In the same year, he presided over and completed "Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of "Unblock", "Warm" and "Replenish" Acupuncture Techniques Combined with Auricular Points in the Treatment of Neurological Tinnitus", which analyzed and discussed Professor Zhang Jin's "Passing Eyes Hot Acupuncture Methods", which were inherited and carried forward. In recent years, more than 10 papers on acupuncture techniques have been published in national magazines, and 2 first prizes of the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Progress Award have been won. 1 second prize of the Heilongjiang Provincial Health Department New Technology Award. He also presided over and completed 5 provincial and above projects and 1 municipal project.

Clinical Expertise

Expertise in using the "nourishing water and wood, heavy and subduing yang" method to treat acute and rehabilitation periods of stroke, vertigo, Parkinson's disease, facial paralysis, and vascular dementia. Use the "soothing liver and spleen, nourishing blood and calming the mind" method to treat insomnia, depression, autonomic dysfunction, menopausal syndrome and nervous system diseases. Using the four classic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture techniques, he has rich clinical experience in treating central nervous system diseases such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, facial paralysis, multiple neuropathy, etc.
