On February 12, 2025, he was officially appointed as PhD Supervisor by the Joint Graduate School of Traditional Medicine in The Asia Pacific School of Business. Director of the Academic Ethics and Moral Review Committee, Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee, and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the School Journal "Traditional Medicine Research".


Prof. PhD Supervisor. BAI Yan, female, member of the Communist Party of China, PhD in Acupuncture, postdoctoral fellow, chief physician, master's supervisor, deputy director of the Acupuncture Research Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medicine.

Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Award Review Expert, Science and Technology Project Review Expert, Ministry of Education Degree Center Dissertation Review Expert. Also serves as Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the World Federation of Acupuncture Inheritance Working Committee; Vice Chairman of the Acupuncture Equipment Committee of the Chinese Acupuncture Association; Vice Chairman of the Science Popularization Working Committee of the Chinese Acupuncture Association; Deputy Secretary General of the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Branch of the Chinese Acupuncture Association, and Deputy Secretary General of the Heilongjiang Acupuncture Association. Deputy Editor-in-Chief of "Chinese Traditional Medicine Science and Technology".

He has successively won 2 second prizes and 1 third prize in the Heilongjiang Provincial Government Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes in the Heilongjiang Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Award, and 1 first prize and 1 second prize in the Heilongjiang Provincial Medical and Health New Technology Award. As the main researcher, he participated in the research of many national and provincial scientific research projects, participated in the formulation of national standards such as "Acupuncture Technical Operation Specifications" and "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Mental Illness in Traditional Chinese Medicine", and was the deputy editor-in-chief of "Acupuncture for Mental Illness". He has published more than 30 academic papers.
