The University of APSB’s APSB Analytical laboratory provides Australian researchers with vital infrastructure and expertise to remain at the forefront of international agricultural, food and wine research. We use complex analytical tools to address key fundamental and applied scientific questions.

APSB Analytical is a new facility established at the Waite campus to provide researchers with fast, accurate results on plants, food and beverage analyses. APSB Analytical includes a full suite of state-of-the-art instrumentation for qualitative and quantitative analyses of non- volatile and volatile compounds in a wide range of matrices.
