THE ASIA PACIFIC SCHOOL OF BUSINESS STRENGTHENS COMMITMENT TO LEARNER SUCCESS THROUGH QUALITY MATTERS MEMBERSHIP

February 23, 2022 — Learner success is a top priority for The Asia Pacific School of Business. To remove barriers to success for its online learners, The Asia Pacific School of Business has joined Quality Matters (QM) — the international leader for quality assurance in online and innovative digital teaching and learning environments. 

Quality Matters membership provides The Asia Pacific School of Business with access to a comprehensive, research-supported quality assurance process to design and develop accessible, engaging online courses. Additional tools and resources allow The Asia Pacific School of Business to evaluate course and program design to ensure that the needs of today’s online learners are being met. QM’s professional development opportunities provide faculty and staff with a pathway to develop and strengthen key online design and delivery skills.

It provides a scalable quality assurance system for online and blended learning used within and across organizations. When you see QM Certification Marks on courses or programs, it means they have met QM Course Design Standards or QM Program Review Criteria in a rigorous review process.

* Quality Matters (QM) is a member of the international quality certification system. QM specializes in university/college teaching and research management system, academic quality system, online mixed education system, teacher management system, teaching safety management system and Certification of curriculum development and design systems. QM has three major components: 1) Evaluation criteria 2) Peer evaluation process 3) Professional training.
According to statistics, as of 2021, QM has more than 100,000 individual members and more than 1,500 member institutions. Its famous member institutions such as Boston College, California State University, Pennsylvania State University, King's College London, etc., China's Fudan University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong are all its member institutions.
In February 2022, our school officially obtained the organization's academic evaluation and qualification certification, and officially became its academic member institution from March 1, 2022.
