According to the proposal put forward by the Office of the Provost for the appointment of Prof.Dr. Zshah, PhD & MD (AM) as the standing member of the APSB Academic Committee and the Permanent Representative in Pakistan, the APSB Board of Directors and Supervisory Board jointly held a non-executive meeting. After a secret ballot, the meeting reviewed and studied the motion and decided to pass the motion.

Prof.Dr. Zshah, PhD & MD (AM) will formally exercise all the powers of APSB Academic Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Representative in Pakistan and Distinguished Tenured Professor from the date of this announcement.
