SOLEMN STATEMENT

Recently, the Internet has circulated documents and news reports such as "The Asia Pacific School of Business fully acquires the American Intellectual Property Exchange", which are seriously false propaganda and misleading. At the same time, criminals packaged themselves as "Asia Pacific Financial Holding Group" in the name of state-owned enterprises, using the "American Intellectual Property Exchange INC" that was closed as early as 2015 as a gimmick to commit fraud.

After verification by our school, the so-called "Asia Pacific Financial Holding Group" is an offshore company registered in Hong Kong, without any Chinese-funded institutions, state-owned units or central enterprises involved, and its claims are completely fictitious and fabricated. This behavior seriously violates the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China on the conviction of fraud, and also violates the prohibition of false advertising in the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China. This behavior not only infringes on the property safety of the people, but also has a bad impact on social stability.

Our school hereby clarifies: The real The Asia Pacific School of Business is an outstanding representative in the field of business education. It is a higher education institution formally registered and approved by the Ministry of Education of countries or regions such as Singapore, the United States, France, New Zealand, and Vietnam. At the same time, our school is also a member school or certified member of 29 national or international academic authority organizations or certification bodies, including The United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS), Southeast Asian Ministers of Education (SEAMEO), University Global Coalition (UGC), International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE), Accreditation Council For Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), Association of MBAs & Business Graduates Association (AMBA&BGA), Association of Universities of Asia And The Pacific (AUAP), United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA), European Distanceand E-Learning Network (EDEN), Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU), etc. These recognitions are authoritative endorsements of the school's teaching quality, faculty level, scientific research strength and student training results.

In terms of international participation, The Asia Pacific School of Business has established in-depth cooperative relations with dozens of universities/colleges around the world, and carried out exchange activities such as student exchange programs, joint scientific research projects and international academic seminars. Our professors are frequently invited to share cutting-edge business research results at top international academic conferences or forums; students also actively participate in various international business competitions and have repeatedly won good results, fully demonstrating the influence of our school on the international business education stage. This is a far cry from the fake entities that commit fraud. They have no academic background and formal qualifications, and are purely for the purpose of fraud.

Here, our school urges all websites and platforms to immediately conduct a comprehensive investigation and deletion of information involving such false propaganda and fraudulent inducement. In accordance with the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations, network operators have the responsibility and obligation to ensure that platform information is true and legal, and must not spread false fraudulent content. If not handled in a timely manner, all legal consequences and joint liabilities arising therefrom will be borne by the relevant platforms themselves.

Our school specially reminds: Please keep your eyes open, carefully identify, do not easily believe in false information, and avoid property losses. In case of suspicious circumstances, you can verify through our official website [www.apsb.edu.eu] or contact number [400-030-2772].

We firmly resist such illegal and criminal acts, and call on all sectors of society to jointly maintain a good social order. If you find any relevant illegal clues, please report to the police in a timely manner.

Note:

How to identify small knowledge

1). The Asia Pacific School of Business is a real higher education institution. Any other promotions in the name of  "亞太商學院" or "亚太商学院" or "The Asia Pacific School of Business" or "Asia Pacific School of Business" or "Asia Pacific Business School" in Chinese and English are all fake.

2). The only criterion for distinguishing true and false universities is to see whether the domain name has edu.** or ac.** (** represents the country, for example: China edu.cn, the European union is edu.eu, Australia is edu.au, Malaysia is edu.my, the United Kingdom is ac.uk, Japan is ac.jp, South Korea is ac.kr), edu or ac cannot be registered by individuals or companies, and must be exclusive to educational institutions (except for very few individual countries: such as Poland, Saudi Arabia, Tuvalu, etc.).

3). Check whether it has obtained national or institutional certification (national certification indicates whether the educational institution is registered and legal in the country; but most countries adopt third-party certification, so national certification is not the only standard, and third-party certification is also important).

4). Check or seek the Ministry of Education or relevant academic departments of the country to see whether its academic status is recognized.
