DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RELEVANT ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS AND THE APPOINTMENT OF MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL IN VIETNAM


In order to actively adapt to the development trend of global education integration, deeply integrate into the trend of international education cooperation, further expand the territory of international education cooperation, and enhance the international influence of the academic field, after careful research and comprehensive evaluation, it is now officially decided to establish relevant academic institutions in Vietnam. The specific matters are as follows:

I. Approval of the establishment of the Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam)

The "Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam)" approved and established by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Bureau of The Asia Pacific School of Business is the highest decision-making body of the school in academic and administrative affairs in Vietnam, with extensive and key powers and responsibilities. Its responsibilities include:

1) Formulate overall strategic planning, control development direction, and ensure competitiveness and sustainable development in the field of international education;

2) Coordinate resource allocation, reasonably allocate human, material and financial resources, and ensure the efficient operation of various colleges (departments), campuses and departments;

3) Make decisions on major matters, such as major cooperation projects, important personnel appointments and dismissals, and financial budget settlements.

At the same time, the Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam) is responsible for supervising the various colleges (departments), campuses and departments, ensuring that operations comply with Vietnam's national policies and laws and regulations, adhering to international education standards and established development strategies, and has the right to evaluate and assess the work of the main officials and other managers of various colleges (departments), campuses and departments, and put forward improvement suggestions and decision-making adjustments.

Approved by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Bureau of The Asia Pacific School of Business, the members of the Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam) are appointed as follows:

Chairman of the Board: Hoang Thi Anh, with her outstanding leadership and rich management experience in the field of education, will comprehensively lead the work of the Board of Directors, formulate the long-term development strategy of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam), and ensure that all colleges (departments), campuses and departments always move in the right direction.

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors: Thn Đa Vinh, assists the Chairman of the Board of Directors in carrying out various tasks, is in charge of the daily operation and management of various colleges (departments), campuses and departments, is responsible for implementing the decisions and arrangements of the Board of Directors, and ensures the orderly development of teaching, scientific research, administration and other work.

Executive Director: With their respective professional advantages in academic, educational management, industry and other fields, they participate in the discussion and decision-making of major matters of various colleges (departments), campuses and departments, supervise the management and operation of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam), and provide professional advice and intellectual support for development.

II. Campus Establishment

Hanoi Campus

Address: Hai Au 12 Street, Kieu Ky Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi, Vietnam

Fully consider the distribution of educational resources, transportation convenience and talent aggregation effect in Hanoi, aiming to better integrate into the local education ecology.

The Hanoi Campus implements the principal responsibility system. Under the leadership of the Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam), the principal is fully responsible for the daily teaching, scientific research, administration and other operational management of the campus, implements the strategic decisions and development plans formulated by the Board of Directors, and promotes the orderly development of various campus work.

Lang Son Campus

Address: 200 Phai Ve, Dong Kinh, Lang Son City, Lang Son, Vietnam

Based on Lang Son's unique geographical advantages and industrial foundation adjacent to China, it precisely matches the needs of regional economic development.

The Lang Son Campus also implements the principal responsibility system. Under the leadership of the Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam), the principal is responsible for the overall operation of the campus, carries out vocational and technical education work guided by industrial needs, deepens the integration of industry and education, and school-enterprise cooperation, regularly reports work progress and results to the Board of Directors, and accepts the supervision and guidance of the Board of Directors.

III. Joint Graduate School of Traditional Medicine

The Joint Graduate School of Traditional Medicine was jointly established by our school and partner institutions such as Hanoi National University, University of Trade Unions, Chengdong University, and Dongdu University. It is an important measure in the field of international traditional medicine education cooperation. The graduate school has entered the approval stage of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the Ministry of Health and Economy. As an academic unit with independent degree-granting authority, it focuses on graduate education, scientific research innovation and international exchanges in the fields of traditional medicine and modern medicine, combined with quantum medicine.

In terms of postgraduate education, we integrate high-quality educational resources from all parties, set up a traditional medicine professional curriculum system with international cutting-edge level, and cultivate professional talents with a deep theoretical foundation of traditional medicine, proficient clinical skills and international vision; in terms of scientific research and innovation, we rely on the scientific research strength of various cooperative colleges and universities, focus on the key scientific issues and technical difficulties of traditional medicine, carry out joint research, and promote the modernization of traditional medicine; in terms of international exchanges, we actively organize international academic conferences, teacher-student exchanges and other activities to promote the dissemination and sharing of traditional medical knowledge and technology internationally, and enhance the influence of international traditional medicine education and scientific research.

IV. Legal Advisory Team

In order to effectively prevent legal risks and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Asia Pacific Business School in conducting academic activities in Vietnam, we rely on Duc Thabh Law Compary Limited to form a professional and efficient legal advisory team. The members of the legal advisory team are as follows: 

Chief Legal Advisor: JD. Tran Viet Dung

As the core of the team, he has a deep theoretical foundation in law and rich experience in handling international legal affairs. He comprehensively coordinates the work of the legal advisory team and provides Asia Pacific Business School with all-round and multi-level legal support and risk prevention and control suggestions.

Legal Counsel: Nguyen Thi Minh Mai

Under the guidance of the Chief Legal Counsel, assist in handling various legal affairs, including but not limited to contract review, dispute mediation, legal consultation, etc., to provide timely and accurate legal protection for the daily operations of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam).

All institutions and personnel must take up their positions quickly from the date of this decision, strictly follow their respective responsibilities and work requirements, and actively carry out their work. It is imperative to ensure that academic institutions established in Vietnam operate efficiently and in a standardized manner, and play an active role in promoting international education exchanges and cooperation and enhancing international education competitiveness.
