Courses, programs and other forms of HR-related training and activities held under SHRM certification status are highly recognized by HR professionals.
The Asia Pacific School of Business was awarded SHRM Gold Certification status on February 7, 2025, becoming a professional higher education institution (university/college) that offers HR courses in accordance with applicable SHRM requirements and has obtained permission for SHRM professional HR data and tools. This guarantees that our training meets the guidelines and syllabus of the SHRM professional certification.

Completing a certain number of SHRM certification courses each year and earning a corresponding number of PDC points shows that you stay up-to-date by continuously improving your HR behavioral capabilities and technical knowledge.
The Asia Pacific School of Business courses based on the HR skills category are offered in accordance with SHRM's qualification and certification regulations. Upon completion of such courses, APSB will issue a Graduate Diploma certificate and express the relevant training hours that meet SHRM standards as PDC credits. SHRM certificate holders have strong professional capabilities in HR practical skills and basic system knowledge, both of which are truly necessary for effective job performance.
SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams are suitable for professionals who have experience in corporate HR affairs execution, implement national policies and corporate strategies, play an important liaison function between employees and the company, provide HR services, and perform daily HR affairs.
Enrollment requirements:
(1) Bachelor's degree or less, 3 years of HR-related experience or 4 years of non-HR-related experience;
(2) Bachelor's degree, 1 year of HR-related experience or 2 years of non-HR-related experience;
(3) Master's degree, 1 year of HR-related work experience or non-HR-related experience;
(4) In the last year of undergraduate or graduate studies in HR-related majors at schools recognized by the SHRM Academic Initiative Department, and have at least 500 hours of internship or practical experience.
According to the SHRM certification authorization, after obtaining the corresponding credits (PDC) and passing the exam at The Asia Pacific School of Business, you can obtain the globally recognized "Human Resource Management Expert Certification" certificate issued by SHRM.
