After the joint study and agreement of the Board of Directors and the School Affairs Committee, the 2025 winter vacation schedule is hereby notified as follows:

1. The winter vacation for students will start from January 16, 2025 (Thursday) and end on February 20 (Thursday). Registration will be on February 21 (Friday), and classes will officially start on February 24 (Monday).

2. The winter vacation for faculty and staff will start from January 22, 2025 (Tuesday) and end on February 19 (Wednesday), and they will officially go to work on February 20 (Thursday).

3. The winter vacation for faculty and staff of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, the Office of Welfare Affairs, and Jane’s Education Foundation will start from January 27, 2025 (Monday) and end on February 17 (Monday), and they will officially go to work on February 18 (Tuesday).

4. The staff of the International Cooperation Office and the International Certification Coordination Office will work as usual according to the ordinary holiday arrangements (double pay during the winter vacation, double pay + special service bonus during the Chinese New Year).

5. In order to ensure the normal progress of various tasks during the winter vacation, the "Notice of the Asia Pacific School of Business on the School Management Operation, Public Resource Opening and Service Guarantee during the 2025 Winter Vacation" and "General Duty Arrangements of the Asia Pacific School of Business" will be issued later.

6. The Joint Graduate School, campuses and affiliated member institutions will follow the laws and regulations of the country (border) where they are located and implement the statutory holiday system in accordance with the law.

7. During the winter vacation, all units should strengthen the management, service and care for students who stay on campus, continue to do a good job in the prevention and control of winter epidemic diseases, and ensure the safety and stability of the campus.
