Approved by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, Bac Ha International University and The Asia Pacific School of Business officially signed an agreement to establish a joint school-running entity named "The Asia Pacific School of Business in Bac Ha International University" with independent bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree-granting authority.

Mr. Truong Bac Ha, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bac Ha International University, and Dr. Jianyin Yiyan, Rotating Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business, jointly signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement between the two schools.

According to the agreement, the Rotating Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business officially assumed the position of Vice President of Bac Ha International University and joined the Board of Directors of Bac Ha International University.

According to the agreement, Mr. Truong Bac Ha, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bac Ha International University, assumed the position of Vice Dean of The Asia Pacific School of Business and was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam).

The Chairmen of the Boards of Directors of the two schools signed administrative appointment letters respectively and exchanged gifts as a commemoration.
