Fully implements free education for distance education degree courses

FULLY IMPLEMENTS FREE EDUCATION FOR DISTANCE EDUCATION DEGREE COURSES


The Asia Pacific School of Business has always adhered to the principle of "striving to give low-income people (regardless of skin color, race and belief, as well as people with disabilities, veterans and their relatives) a fair opportunity to receive good higher education, so as to realize their self-worth and promote the progress of human civilization"; according to the decision jointly studied by the school board and the supervisory bureau, the school affairs committee, the academic committee, the degree committee and the dean's office, the following notice is hereby issued on the full implementation of free education for distance education courses:

1. Full free time limit: Starting from the fall semester of 2024, distance education degree courses will be free of charge;

2. Target group: regardless of nationality, skin color, race and belief, as well as people with disabilities, veterans and their relatives;

3. Degree category: associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree (doctoral degree courses are not included);

4. It basically covers management disciplines, but excludes academic disciplinesCourses such as chartered finance and management are not included here.For example, special management categories such as GAFM/CFA/CFP/ChFA/ACCA/CAA etc;

5. Application qualifications: low-income people in any country or region;

6. Material preparation:

(1) Fill in the online application form truthfully. For online filling, please visit: https://www.apsb.edu.eu/learn_how_to_apply/

(2) Submit a scanned copy of your valid passport and your highest academic degree. =Degree certificate, transcript, bareheaded digital high-definition photo with white background;

(3) Submit a "Confirmation Letter of Economic Status of Low-income People" signed and stamped by the government agency of the country or region (including but not limited to police agencies, administrative agencies or law enforcement units) (please contact the Student Welfare Affairs Office: swo@apsb.edu.eu to obtain the letter);

(4) Submit a "Confirmation Letter of Economic Status of Low-income People" notarized by a lawyer and passed the Hague International Legalization, as well as a scanned copy of a valid passport, the highest academic degree certificate, transcript, bareheaded digital high-definition photo with white background;

(5) Pay the application fee, registration fee and data processing fee, totaling US$200;

7. Fee Structure: Tuition is waived in full. Please note: Any student applying for free distance education degree courses must pay the following fees:

(1) Administrative fee: US$2,000;

(2) Certificate copy fee: US$200 (including transcripts); if you need to encrypt transcripts, please pay an additional US$100 per copy;

(3) Graduation application and thesis guidance fee: US$250;

(4) If you need to attend the graduation ceremony, all expenses must be borne by yourself (including but not limited to air tickets, accommodation, travel expenses and degree clothing fees, etc.).
