According to the "Proposal on the Appointment of Dr. Ning Li as the Executive Director and Executive Vice President of the APSB Board of Directors" proposed by the Office of the School Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Board of Directors jointly held an extraordinary meeting of the APSB Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors. The meeting reviewed and studied the motion by secret ballot and decided to pass it.

Dr. Ning Li will officially exercise all the powers of the APSB Board of Directors and Executive Vice President from the date of this announcement.
