After a non-executive meeting of the Board of Director in APSB, "Regarding the appointment of Mr. Kun Jiang as the "Proposal on the Executive Director of the School Board and Vice-Chairman of the Degree Committee". The proposal was approved by an anonymous vote of the board of directors. With the approval of the Supervisory Board, it has been decided that Mr. Kun Jiang will exercise his powers immediately.
