Chief Legal Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board

fiona.chow@aaguc.ac.nzJ.D. Ms. Fiona Chow graduated from the University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Doctor of International Law. She has joined The Asia Pacific School of Business since 2017 and has served as Deputy Legal Secretary, Independent Director of the School Board, Supervisor of the Board of Supervisors until 2021 In 2020, J.D. Ms. Fiona Chow was officially elected as the vice chairman of the school's board of supervisors and the chief legal officer; in May 2022, she concurrently served as the chief legal officer & vice chairman of the supervisory board of AAGUC, which was co-founded by APSB and GAFM. She is a senior legal officer who is rigorous, good at communication, good at negotiating and resolving legal disputes.
