What will you do?
Our Master of Wine Business is designed for both current and aspiring wine business owners, marketers, managers, winemakers, sommeliers, and staff. You will:
- benefit from flexible study modes
- build working knowledge and skills in both winemaking and viticulture
- learn about direct wine marketing
- understand how to evaluate domestic and international markets
- study the foundations of wine science
- explore legal aspects of the business
- undertake a six-unit research project.
There are also internship opportunities across South Australia’s booming wine industry.

Degree Structure
To qualify for the Master of Wine Business, the student eligible for:
- The 1.5 year (3CM243) program* must complete 36 units comprising of:
- Eight core courses (24 units)
- One elective course (3 units)
- Two research courses (9 units)
The 2 year (3CM101) program must complete 48 units comprising of:
- Nine core courses (27 units)
- Four elective courses (12 units)
- Two research courses (9 units)
