In accordance with the provisions of The Asia Pacific School of Business Degree Awarding Ordinance (APADO) (Chapter 52) and The Asia Pacific School of Business Academic Code of Ethics and Ethics (APACEE) (Chapter 19), any person who advertises incorrectly If you claim to have obtained an APSB academic degree within one year, it is a crime, and once you are convicted, you can be prosecuted and fined $10,000 without bail.

Anyone who promises to quickly obtain an APSB degree orally or in writing shall fulfill the legal obligation to report and provide evidence to judicial authorities according to the provisions of APADO (Chapter 52) and APACEE (Chapter 19). Anyone involved in false advertising or participating in forgery, trafficking, or tampering with diplomas is a crime. Conviction is currently punishable by imprisonment for not less than five years and a fine of $5,000,000 without bail.
